By accessing and using the website alammotor.com ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, please do not use the Website. These Terms are governed by Indonesian law including Law No. 11/2008 as amended by Law No. 19/2016 on Electronic Information and Transactions (UU ITE), Law No. 8/1999 on Consumer Protection, and related regulations.

1. About the Service

This Website is operated by Alam Motor Auto Parts, a physical Toyota spare parts retailer located at Bintaro Trade Center (BTC), Blok G3 No. 7, Tangerang Selatan 15260, Indonesia. The Website serves as an informational and communication channel. Online ordering is not yet available as of this policy date (planned launch 2026).

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Access the Website in any way that may damage, disable, or overload servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted parts of the Website
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect information without written permission
• Distribute illegal content, infringe copyright, or harm third parties

3. Products and Availability

• Spare parts shown on the Website are indicative. Stock availability is confirmed via WhatsApp or phone.
• We aim to provide accurate information (model, compatibility, images) but make no guarantee of absolute accuracy.
• Prices, specifications, and availability may change at any time without prior notice.
• We sell original and KW products. The status (original/KW) will be clearly communicated before purchase.

4. Ordering via WhatsApp / Phone

1. You send a request with your vehicle data (model, year, engine type).
2. We confirm availability, price, and shipping options.
3. Payment is made via bank transfer, QRIS, or COD (for select areas).
4. Shipping is dispatched after payment confirmation, via the courier you choose (JNE, J&T, SiCepat, Pos Indonesia).

5. Returns and Warranty

• Spare parts damaged on receipt can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery, with photo evidence and proof of purchase.
• Parts that have been installed or used cannot be returned.
• Warranty follows the manufacturer's warranty (where applicable). We assist with claims to authorized distributors.
• Pursuant to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law, we are liable for damage caused by defective goods.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (text, images, the "Alam Motor" logo, design) is owned by Alam Motor Auto Parts or its licensors. Use without written permission is prohibited. Third-party brand logos (Toyota, Denso, KYB, Bosch) are displayed for product identification and remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Service interruptions due to force majeure

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the related product purchase.

8. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party sites (Google Maps, courier services). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those external sites.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes is considered acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be settled amicably. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved at the Tangerang District Court.
